Each item is made to order.  All orders will be produced and dispatched within 2-4 weeks from order date. Please note: It might take up to 6 weeks during sale period.

You will receive a notification that your order has been confirmed and being processed. You will receive a second notification once the item is dispatched. 

We will ship by DHL.  Shipping costs are automatically calculated  based on package dimensions and weight also by your location. (Important : Our production studio is located in Indonesia) 

We offer special free shipping : 

Purchase over 75,000 JPY (Approximately US$500), please choose "Free Shipping"

**Please note: Any import duties, taxes, or handling charges incurred upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer, even if shipping is free.

You will receive an email with the tracking number and shipping details once we dispatch the goods.  The delivery will take 3 - 10 working days, depending on your location.

1. ご注文から発送まで

 

当社の商品は、1点ずつハンドメイドによって仕上げている為、商品によっては受注後の生産となります。

その為、受注から発送までにお時間を頂く場合があります。

出荷予定日に関しては、ご注文受付後にご注文内容確認メールにてご連絡させて頂きます。

※受注から発送までの期間


在庫がある場合         1〜3日

受注後生産する場合  2〜4週間（セール期間中にご購入の場合は６週間ほどかかることがある旨をご了承ください）

ご注文商品の発送の際は、別途メールにてご連絡致します。

出荷からお手元に届くまでには、地域により数日かかる場合がございますことをご了承ください。

 

 2. 発送、及び送料について


DHLまたはFedEx にて発送致します。  送料はご注文受付時に自動計算されますのでご確認をお願い致します。   また、発送はインドネシアからとなりますことを予めご了承下さい。

75,000円 ( 約$500)以上お買い上げの場合は、送料無料となりますので、チェックアウトの際に 「Free Shipping」 の選択をお願い致します。

※送料が無料の場合でも、受け取り時に発生する関税・輸入税・手数料等はお客様のご負担となりますことをご了承ください。
